About the role
This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is designed for individuals with existing experience in nursery or school settings who are passionate about childcare. The role involves providing engaging activities to support children's learning and development, preparing resources, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring children's self-help needs are met. Apprentices will adhere to safeguarding rules, undertake first aid training, and maintain health and hygiene standards. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
