About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years. The role involves providing engaging activities for children, supporting their learning and development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the learning environment, and preparing food. You will also support children's self-help needs, be creative and enthusiastic, adhere to safeguarding rules, and undertake First Aid and any other required training. Upon completion, you will qualify as a Level 3 practitioner with potential for permanent employment and future career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management. The nursery offers a warm, friendly, and nurturing environment.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
