Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 Early Years Educator (WM)

About the role

Kellytots Day Nursery is seeking a passionate individual for a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who is dedicated to childcare and early years education. The apprentice will be responsible for providing engaging activities that foster learning and fun, supporting children's development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the nursery environment and resources, preparing food for children, and supporting their self-help needs. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, adherence to safeguarding rules, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and hygiene. Successful completion of the apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 practitioner qualification, with potential for a permanent position and further career opportunities in childcare-related fields such as social work, teaching, or management.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English at grade 4 and GCSE Maths at grade 4. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Must be logical, creative, able to show initiative, be non-judgemental, and possess patience.
