About the role

This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to become an Apprentice Teaching Assistant at Elements Primary School, part of WELLSPRING ACADEMY TRUST. You will work under the direct instruction of teaching and senior staff, providing crucial support to pupils and teachers within the classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with pupil learning, ensuring their safety and well-being, and supporting their personal development. You will also help prepare the classroom, manage resources, and provide administrative support to the teacher. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, organised, have strong communication and IT skills, and are passionate about supporting children's education. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 qualification and is designed to provide a strong foundation for a career in education. As an apprentice, you will attend monthly classes at Leeds City College, gaining both practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
