About the role

Enchanted Rose Garden Nursery is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in childcare, supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities. Responsibilities include preparing the learning environment, preparing food, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene standards. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Upon successful completion, apprentices will become Level 3 practitioners with potential for permanent employment and further career progression in the childcare sector, including roles in social work, teaching, or management.
