Early Years Educator (Level 3)

About the role

An exciting opportunity to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator with Early Steps Dudley Limited. This apprenticeship involves providing excellent care and educational activities for young children, supporting their learning and development, and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. You will be involved in preparing meals, assisting with children's self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health & hygiene standards. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and potentially a permanent position upon successful completion. Career progression opportunities include becoming a Level 3 practitioner or pursuing roles in teaching, social work, or management.
