About the role

RUSSELL NURSERY SCHOOL LTD is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprentice. This role involves providing an excellent range of learning activities that ensure children learn while having fun. You will support children's learning and development, including planning and observations, and be responsible for preparing and maintaining the environment and resources. Daily tasks include preparing food for breakfast, snacks, and afternoon tea, and supporting children's self-help needs. The position requires creativity, enthusiasm, adherence to safeguarding rules, and undertaking first aid and other relevant training. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 qualification and potentially leads to a permanent role or further career progression in childcare, social work, teaching, or management.
