About the role
Join Stepping Stones Nursery as an Apprentice Early Years Educator and play a key role in providing high-quality education and care for young children. This role involves supporting staff in delivering engaging activities that foster children's physical, intellectual, and emotional development, adhering to the EYFS framework. You will ensure a safe and stimulating environment, assist with meal times, help children develop self-help skills, and manage children's behaviour positively. As a key person, you will build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, acting as a positive role model. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 qualification, functional skills if needed, and paediatric first aid training. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in childcare.
