About the role

This apprenticeship at Rainbow Wood Day Nursery aims to train an Early Years Educator. The role involves contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children, adhering to nursery policies, and ensuring high-quality care. Responsibilities include safeguarding children, maintaining staff-to-child ratios, planning and delivering engaging activities, observing and assessing children's development, building strong relationships with key children and their families, and working in partnership with parents/carers. The apprenticeship requires GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, along with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Upon completion, there is potential for full-time employment.
