About the role

Parkhead Community Primary School is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprentice. This role involves supporting pupils with their learning and development, fostering an inclusive environment, and acting as a positive role model. Responsibilities include assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparing learning resources, supervising pupils during breaks and activities, and promoting positive behaviour. The apprenticeship offers a chance to gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification with potential for career progression within the school. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational, and IT skills, along with patience and initiative. GCSE Maths and English at grade C or 4 are essential.
