About the role

Adel Preschool is seeking a motivated Apprentice Early Years Educator to join their team. This role involves supporting children, including those with additional needs, with their learning and development. The position requires a passion for working outdoors in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Duties include stimulating children's learning, ensuring their needs are met, adhering to school policies, contributing to observations and assessments, and maintaining high standards of professionalism. The apprentice will work as part of a team to plan and deliver learning experiences and assist with intimate care when necessary. A strong emphasis is placed on health and safety. The role primarily involves outdoor work in all weathers, and previous experience or a passion for supporting children with additional needs is desirable.
