About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.
Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and contributing to assessments, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, and working closely with colleagues and families. You will also ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children at all times, follow safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality procedures, and recognize and appropriately report safeguarding concerns. Contribute to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities to progress into Room Leader, Third in Charge or other senior Early Years roles.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Level 2 Early Years qualification is desirable.
