About the role
Tomberries Nursery is seeking passionate and dedicated apprentices for an Early Years Teacher Educator apprenticeship. This role is ideal for individuals with a genuine passion for children's growth, development, and learning. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience and achieve a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
Key duties include supporting children's early education, planning and delivering effective care and teaching, assessing and reporting on progress, developing informed practice, safeguarding children, and working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
Upon completion, apprentices can pursue careers as Early Years Educators/Teachers, Nursery Nurses, Supervisors, or Childminders, with potential for progression into management roles.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English grade 4, strong communication skills, IT skills, customer care skills, team working ability, creativity, initiative, patience, physical fitness, and reliability.
