About the role
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will support the learning, development, and care of young children, typically aged from birth to 5 years. Your primary goal is to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours necessary to provide high-quality care and education. Daily duties include feeding, nappy changing, toileting, liaising with parents, planning activities, supporting children's learning, safeguarding, and record keeping. Upon completion of the Level 3 qualification, there is potential for a permanent position. The nursery is a small setting based in a farmhouse, open 51 weeks a year, aiming to be the first choice for professional childcare and early years education in Milton Keynes.
