About the role
We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Apprentice to join our team at OpenView Security Solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and supporting learning initiatives across the business. Key responsibilities include creating e-learning modules, assisting with training delivery (both classroom and virtual), coordinating training logistics, developing engaging communications, supporting recruitment processes, managing CPD courses, and utilizing creative tools for material development. The role may involve travel to various OpenView sites, including overnight stays. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above. Strong communication, IT, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative and creativity.
