About the role
Join Ilmor Engineering Limited as an Engineering Technician Apprentice and be part of exciting new racing and road car projects. Initially, you will train as a Manual and CNC Machine Operator, gaining experience with various machinery including lathes, milling machines, and laser marking systems. This apprenticeship offers the potential for career progression within the company, with opportunities to move into other areas of the business as your skills develop. You will also receive one day a week of training at Northampton College. We are looking for individuals with strong GCSEs in English and Maths, good IT skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a basic knowledge of engineering. Ideally, some motor vehicle experience, even as a hobby, would be beneficial.
