About the role
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our friendly team at Sunnycroft Residential Care Home, providing high-quality care and support to residents. As an Adult Care Worker apprentice, you will support residents with their daily activities, including personal care, and provide companionship and emotional support. You will help to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team. We are seeking individuals with a kind, patient, and positive attitude, good communication and teamwork skills, and a strong sense of reliability and responsibility. Previous care experience is helpful but not essential, as is a caring and compassionate nature. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities for career progression within the care sector and further skill development.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grades 4-9 (A*-C).
