Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to progress within the Early Years sector. As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will be responsible for a small group of children, acting as their key person. Your duties will include ensuring their care, supporting their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, and planning and observing their progress. You will create individual learning journeys, provide a stimulating and age-appropriate learning environment, and maintain learning materials. Recording daily routines, providing feedback to parents, and adhering to nursery policies and procedures are also key aspects of this role. You will also assist with domestic duties to ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment. A passion for working with children and a commitment to a career in Early Years are essential.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above. Early Years qualification at Level 2 is desirable.
