About the role

Aspire Childcare is recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship. This role focuses on meeting the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of children. The apprenticeship will lead to an Early Years Educator level 3 qualification. Key duties include following policies and procedures, engaging with children's activities, demonstrating sensitivity, assisting with new admissions, maintaining records for Ofsted, promoting health and safety, and participating in training. The apprenticeship offers a positive and nurturing environment for children, aiming to provide a home-away-from-home experience with a rich learning environment. Upon completion, there is an option for continued employment within the setting.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. Desired skills include strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, analytical, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, a non-judgemental approach, and patience.
