About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Customer Service Advisor with NFU Mutual Buckinghamshire.

You will be responsible for processing policy adjustments, identifying potential risks for clients, and providing recommendations to ensure they are fully protected.

Key duties include:

- Processing midterm adjustments and changes to client records and policies, ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service.

- Probing for gaps in cover that could leave a client open to a claim and making relevant recommendations to ensure that they are fully protected.

- Generating leads and new business through consistent cross selling and customer service.

- Meeting all monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs and targets.

This role requires excellent communication, IT, and customer care skills. You will also need strong attention to detail, good organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Teamwork and initiative are highly valued.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English: 4/C or above, GCSE Maths: 4/C or above
