About the role
Join Specsavers in Banbury as a Customer Service Apprentice! This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a full-time role with the support of a global brand. You'll learn to provide top-notch customer advice, offer a warm welcome, and handle orders and payments. Responsibilities include advising customers on their hearing aids and glasses, answering telephone calls efficiently, and managing orders and payments. Upon completion, you'll be a fully-fledged Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, opening doors to various career paths within Specsavers, such as call centre roles, reception, and meet and greet positions.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths 9-3 (A*- D). Desired: Communication skills, Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Team working. Must not have worked in the customer service sector before.
