About the role
As an apprentice in our store, you’ll have everything you need to truly realise your potential, with experience in a full-time role and the support of a global brand, all whilst earning a real wage. You will give customers top-notch advice, give them a warm welcome and deal with orders and payments. Duties include giving customers top-notch advice, a warm welcome to the store, dealing with orders, efficiently answering telephone calls, and advising customers on the status of their hearing aids/glasses. This is an entry-level position for individuals new to customer service, with a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard including Functional Skills if required.

- GCSE Maths 9-3 (A*-D). Communication skills, Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Team working.
