About the role
Healing Academy, part of the Harbour Learning Trust, is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant Apprentice. This role offers a rewarding and varied experience, with the opportunity to positively impact a child's life. The apprentice will support pupils individually and in small groups, assist with learning activities, encourage engagement, and aid in managing classroom behaviour. Responsibilities also include helping teachers prepare lessons and resources, monitoring pupil progress, providing feedback, and supporting extracurricular and lunchtime duties. This apprenticeship is an excellent pathway to develop essential skills for a career in education.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
