About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting and especially someone passionate in childcare and early years, looking to further their career.
Duties include providing an excellent range of activities that ensures children learn while having fun, supporting children's learning and development, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, preparing food, and supporting children's self-help needs. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, adherence to safeguarding rules, and undertaking required training, including First Aid. This is a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship at HOLLIES ROAD PRE-SCHOOL PLAYGROUP.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Excellent communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential, along with creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience.
