About the role
Lillys Little Gems in Accrington is seeking a dynamic individual for a Childcare Level 3 Apprenticeship. This role involves supporting children aged 4 months to 4 years, acting as a key person to a small group, making learning fun, and liaising closely with parents/carers. Duties include ensuring children's needs are met, working in partnership with families, reporting concerns to the manager, providing stimulating play experiences, safeguarding children, and actively participating in team meetings and training. The apprenticeship requires GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above, along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, patience, and physical fitness skills.
