About the role

Join THALES UK LIMITED as a 2027 Asset Management Apprentice in Cheadle. This exciting 2-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a specialized Asset Manager within the Services team. You will support demand analysis, monitor asset performance, assist with provisioning, manage data quality and reporting, ensure process compliance, engage with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and manage documentation.

You will learn about asset management principles across the entire lifecycle, asset data and systems, data analysis for trends and risks, provisioning and spares management, asset performance metrics, process and governance, reporting and presentations, problem-solving, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, risk management, and professional skills like communication and teamwork. The program includes study towards a Level 4 Asset Manager Apprenticeship accredited by the Institute of Asset Management, delivered virtually by Teesside University.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE 5 GCSE's Including English and Maths: 9-4 (A-C) and A Level 3 A Level's including Maths: Grade A-C / 64 UCAS points. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Problem solving skills, Logical, Team working.
