About the role

The Service department is vital to the success of our business. From right first-time fixes, to delivering excellent customer service, our Service Technicians/Mechanics play a pivotal role in delighting our customers and encouraging their continued loyalty. As a Service Technician/Mechanic apprentice, you will learn to use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults, test parts and systems, carry out vehicle inspections, maintenance of electronic systems, and undertake repair and maintenance of vehicle parts including clutches, gearboxes, tyres, brakes, and suspension. You will also maintain accurate records and a clean work environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicles, including traditional, hybrid, and electric engines, providing a varied technical training experience. We are looking for individuals with strong logic, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, who are passionate about the automotive industry and committed to a three-year training program. Essential personal skills include enthusiasm, willingness to learn, teamwork, strong communication, customer service, and an interest in vehicle engineering.
