About the role

The successful candidate will learn all aspects of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of filtration products used across a variety of industries. Working within our busy filtration factory, duties will include marking and measuring filtration felt to specification, cutting materials using appropriate tools and equipment, sticking and gluing components as part of the assembly process, packing finished products ready for dispatch, stock movement and stock control activities, operating a Fork Lift Truck (training provided where appropriate), carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards, following health and safety procedures and safe systems of work at all times, and supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities. Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. Possible progression within the company and progression onto the next level apprenticeship.
