About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a childcare setting with children aged 0-5. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years and will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children. Duties include teaching within the EYFS framework, participating in various indoor and outdoor activities, and supporting children with self-care needs. You will also communicate with team members, parents, and external customers, ensuring a high level of service. This role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position and opportunities for career progression into roles such as Room Leader, management training, or even a pathway into primary education or paediatric nursing.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
