About the role
Aubrey Park Hotel is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Commis Chef Apprentice to join their kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking and wants to develop their culinary skills within the hospitality industry. Duties will include assisting with food preparation and cooking, supporting the kitchen team, managing deliveries and stock, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety regulations, and learning various kitchen techniques. The apprenticeship involves on-site training and day release at Oaklands College. Successful completion may lead to permanent employment, progression to higher chef positions, and further qualifications.
