About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef at Toby Carvery, a popular restaurant known for its roast dinners. The role is based in Chelmsford and is ideal for individuals aged 18 or over who have a passion for cooking. You will be trained to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The apprenticeship includes on-the-job training with experienced chefs and is delivered over 15 months, working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard. You will also gain Functional Skills in English and maths if required. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for career progression within Mitchells and Butlers, a large hospitality group.
