About the role
This is a Chef Apprenticeship opportunity at Harvester in Milton Keynes. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As an apprentice, you will gain a Production Chef Level 2 qualification over 15 months through work-based training, with support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-work mentor. No prior experience is required, but a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential. The position is full-time and requires applicants to be 18 or over due to the independent operation of kitchen equipment and working patterns. Upon completion, you will be a qualified team member capable of supporting kitchen operations and ensuring quality for guests. The apprenticeship includes functional skills in maths and English.
