About the role
A great opportunity to support pupils’ learning, attend to pupils’ personal needs and to provide general support in managing pupils and the classroom, under the direction and supervision of a teacher or line manager. Duties include supporting learning activities, preparing classrooms, assisting with pupil supervision and safety, monitoring progress, aiding in the use of resources, assisting with behavior and education plans, reporting on pupil progress, and assisting with personal needs. The apprenticeship offers a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and 2 years' work experience in a school setting.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language (9-4 or equivalent), GCSE Maths (9-4 or equivalent). Desired: GCSE ICT (Pass).
