As an Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprentice, your day revolves around providing nurturing care and fostering the development of young children. You'll plan and implement engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, facilitate play-based learning experiences, maintain a safe and stimulating environment, build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and conduct observations and assessments to track children's progress. Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above.
