About the role
Join Morrisons as a Manufacturing Degree Apprentice on a 3-year programme designed to give you hands-on experience across various manufacturing teams. You will gain an understanding of equipment, processes, and technologies, working on exciting live projects and learning from skilled team members. Responsibilities may include running production lines, supporting peak trading times at the Flowerworld site, and finding solutions to improve production efficiency. Upon completion, apprentices will have earned a BSc (Hons) Retail & Business Management Degree Apprenticeship from the University of Bradford and will be prepared for roles such as Shift or Department Manager. The role requires a minimum of 112 UCAS points and GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English, along with resilience, determination, good leadership, flexibility, and a full UK driving licence. Successful applicants will have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the scheme.
