About the role
The main purpose of Warehouse Operatives is to manage the movement of goods across all sectors and distances for a range of customers, from private individuals to sole traders and through to large global organisations. They have a passion for meeting customers' expectations by providing a quality service that encourages repeat business. Duties will include but not limited to: Adhering to Health & safety in a warehouse environment, Teamwork & building relationships with various departments, Receipt, control, storage, and dispatch of goods/stock, Safe use of equipment, pump truck, and machinery, Goods flow, Product handling, IT and digital input and management, Stock control, Bespoke training programmes.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. IT skills, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Number skills, Logical thinking, Team working, Physical fitness, Warehouse experience.
