About the role
Join Cummins Ltd in Huddersfield as a Customer Order Management Apprentice and gain a Level 2 Customer Service qualification. This role offers exposure to a global organization, focusing on Supply Chain Planning. You will represent the customer, communicate order changes, analyze demand, manage reports, and expedite parts. Essential requirements include GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English, Maths, and all other subjects, along with strong communication, IT, and customer focus skills. The apprenticeship includes 4 days on-site with Cummins and 1 day of study at Kirklees College per week, totaling 35 hours.
