About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an AI Engineer at THALES UK LIMITED. As an apprentice, you will join their AI and engineering community and contribute to live projects within the machine learning lifecycle. You'll collaborate with software, data, systems, and domain specialists to transform needs into secure and maintainable solutions. Key duties include preparing and validating data for machine learning, developing and evaluating models, writing clean and tested code, supporting model deployment and monitoring, and contributing to technical reviews and problem-solving. This role provides hands-on experience with experienced engineers and researchers.

Entry requirements

  • 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (Grade 9-4) and 3 A-levels in Maths and a relevant subject (Grade C or above with a B in Maths).
