About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about cloud assurance and cyber security within a leading UK tech and defence company. As a Cloud Assurance and Cyber Security Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in security operations and safeguarding cloud platforms, contributing to the security and integrity of critical systems while gaining exposure to government-level security operations. You will learn about cloud security monitoring, incident response, security auditing, risk and vulnerability assessments, and compliance with government policies. You will also collaborate with development teams to integrate security into all stages of development and engage in continuous learning and development, including relevant certifications.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs (Grade 9-4 in English and Maths) and A Level ICT (Grade C or above). Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, logical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
