About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, a common-sense approach, and an eye for detail to excel in Bid Management. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of winning bids for Thales UK. Responsibilities include coordinating bid activities, managing information, assisting with proposal drafting and editing, maintaining bid libraries, and conducting market research. You will also gain an understanding of commercial considerations and procurement processes. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a bid role within the Thales UK Bid and Project Management job family. This role requires the right to work in the UK and the ability to pass government security checks.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in 3 subjects (9-4 or A*-C) including English and Maths, plus 2 A-levels at grade C or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, presentation, numerical, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential.
