About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Highfield Hotel Driffield as a Hospitality Team Member Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience across housekeeping, food and beverage service, bar operations, and guest care within a luxury country house hotel. This varied role will help you develop valuable hospitality skills while supporting the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Duties include preparing and cleaning guest rooms and public areas, assisting with room changeovers, welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, taking orders, processing payments, and supporting special events. You will also be expected to follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures, and work collaboratively to create memorable guest experiences. Evening, weekend, and event-based working is required, so flexibility is important. The Highfield Hotel is a luxury country house hotel offering boutique accommodation, dining, weddings, and events, making this an exciting place to start your career in the hospitality industry.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 2 or above.
