Early Years Educator Apprentice - Lakehouse Nursery

About the role

Lakehouse Nursery is seeking an Early Years Educator Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship offers on-the-job training to provide a realistic experience of working in a day nursery. You will be paired with a buddy and work towards becoming a key person. The role involves attending training days with a provider and working at the allocated nursery. Key responsibilities include assisting in providing high standards of care and education, contributing to planning, liaising with staff about children's needs, maintaining a safe environment, and adhering to nursery policies and procedures. You will also support inclusion and observe, assess, and plan activities for children's development.
