About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a meaningful career in Health & Social Care as an Apprentice Support Worker. You’ll earn while you learn, gain nationally recognised qualifications, and develop the confidence and practical skills needed to support clients in a warm and caring environment. Duties include following instructions, maintaining service user licence agreements, providing high-quality services to individuals with mental health impairments, identifying and dealing with maintenance issues, and minimizing anti-social behaviour. Key tasks involve supporting and guiding service users to maintain independence, enhance decision-making, and produce risk assessments. You will also deliver life and social skills courses and manage property repairs and maintenance. The role emphasizes excellent multi-agency working and adherence to data protection policies. Upon successful completion, there is an opportunity to progress to the next level of qualification and secure full-time employment.

Entry requirements
