Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join FIRST TIMERS LIMITED as an Early Years Level 3 apprentice. This apprenticeship will provide a pathway to a career in childcare, with excellent progression routes and further training upon completion. You will assist in delivering high-quality childcare, build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensure each child's individual needs are met. The role involves working towards apprenticeship standards provided by Juniper Training and completing bespoke childcare courses. Essential requirements include GCSEs in Math & English at grade 4 or above, with a desire for early years experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills are vital. You will also need to be patient, non-judgemental, and possess good teamwork and initiative. The position requires passing a DBS check, having reliable transport to the remote location, and a commitment to a career in Early Years.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Math & English at Grade 4 or above. Early Years qualification at Level 2 is desired.
