About the role

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years, seeking to advance their careers. As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing engaging activities that foster children's learning and enjoyment. Key duties include supporting children's development through planning and observation, preparing and maintaining the learning environment and resources, and assisting with children's self-help needs. You will also be involved in food preparation for snacks and meals, ensuring all activities are creative and enthusiastic. Adherence to safeguarding rules, first aid training, and maintaining health and hygiene standards are paramount. Upon successful completion, you will qualify as a Level 3 practitioner, with potential for a permanent position and opportunities in related fields such as social work, teaching, or management.
