About the role
Join Vintage Inns as a Bar and Waiting Apprentice and become the friendly face of memorable guest experiences. You'll learn to know our menu inside out, offer personalised recommendations, and ensure every guest has a fantastic time. This role offers endless opportunities to learn and grow across Mitchells & Butlers' diverse brands and businesses. You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months through on-the-job training, with no need to attend college. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to brand standards and licensing laws. No prior experience is required; a warm and helpful attitude is all you need.
