About the role

Star Academies is seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals to join their team as a Teaching Assistant at Tong Leadership Academy. You will support students with additional needs, adapt learning materials, and liaise with teachers, SENCO, and parents to foster student progress and attainment. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Math at grade 4/C or above, strong communication skills, attention to detail, team working abilities, initiative, non-judgemental attitude, and patience.
