About the role
Join The Interceptor Pub in West Bromwich as an Apprentice Chef! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to meet specifications and customer expectations, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. This role involves clear communication with your team to ensure timely delivery of quality meals. You'll also stay updated on new products, menus, and promotions. This apprenticeship offers work-based training, including sessions with a Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. The apprenticeship includes participation in a unique Chef Academy with masterclasses designed to enhance your culinary skills.
