About the role

Ruislip Stars Nurseries St Marys is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Early Years Apprentice. This apprenticeship will provide comprehensive training towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, with an hourly wage ranging from £8 to £11 depending on age and experience. The role involves direct work with children, planning and delivering engaging activities, supporting school pick-ups and drop-offs, and adhering to all safeguarding policies. Key responsibilities include observing children's development, conducting risk assessments for outings and cooking activities, attending parent review meetings, and maintaining children's records as a key worker. The apprentice will also be involved in domestic tasks, accident reporting, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and ensuring a stimulating and safe environment. Teamwork, professional development, and attending out-of-hours events are also part of the role. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time position.
