This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills and gain a nationally recognized qualification: Production Chef Level 2. You will learn to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation, and participating in team meetings. No prior experience is required; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. The apprenticeship includes 15 months of work-based training with no college attendance required, featuring face-to-face sessions and regular remote check-ins with a Lifetime Learner Coach. You will also have an in-workplace mentor to support your development. Upon completion, you'll be a qualified team member ready to contribute to creating amazing dining experiences for guests.
